InterContinental Capital Group Opens New Office In Florida
Published: 30-Jul-2010
InterContinental Capital Group (ICG), a direct to consumer mortgage lender, has opened a new office in Boca Raton, Florida.
The company said it will be hiring 20 to 30 mortgage consultants and operational support personnel for the new office.
ICG’s Boca Raton facility will be led by regional manager, Michael Samuels. He has over 10 years experience in the mortgage industry, the last eight of which were spent in South Florida working as senior manager for a privately owned mortgage company.
Dustin DiMisa, president at ICG, said: “While many companies continue to downsize, our research indicates tremendous numbers of homeowners in high rate mortgages who still have equity in their homes. With interest rates so low, we believe that the next 18 to 24 months will allow even more homeowners to refinance into much more affordable mortgage payments.”
